Who can participate in ZHIYUN GOGO Video Contest?

Any content creator can be part of this contest by submitting their works to Youtube channel and our Gleam activity page. The contest is open to creators worldwide, but for creators who live in non-English speaking countries, we highly recommend you submit the English subtitle as well. How do I enter the contest?

We run this contest on Zhiyun’s official gleam page and the social media channels of Momentum Production, Jason Vong, Sidney Diongzon and Infosmercial. To enter the contest, follow the instruction outlined in the contest widget. All submitted videos will be subjected to the review of the four judges above (Momentum Production, Jason Vong, Sidney Diongzon and Infosmercial) on the overall bases of the video quality, creativity, originality, likes, and etc. And for each completed action under the widget, you get one or more entry for the sweeptake.Each entry gives you one chance to win. In order to complete an action and collect your sweepstake entry, click on the respective action and follow the instructions.

Why do you use the Gleam widget?

Zhiyun-tech currently uses a third-party service called Gleam.io to run our sweeptakes and collect videos. Gleam provides a safe and user-friendly way to run the contest and giveaways.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We will never share your data with third-parties or use it to spam you.

I already follow you, can I still enter the contest?

Yes.

Can I enter the giveaway under multiple email addresses?

No, only one email address per person is allowed. We verify all winners. If we detect users who used multiple addresses to enter the giveaway, they will be disqualified from winning the prize.

How do you pick the winners?

Top 5 and Top 3 (Gold, Silver and Bronze) winners are selected and picked by the above four judges (Momentum Production, Jason Vong, Sidney Diongzon and Infosmercial). And the one lucky candidate is picked through a random draw at the end of the giveaway period.

When do you announce the winners?

We announce winners as soon as possible after the end of the contest. Actual time may vary due to availability of staff.

How will I know if I win?

Winners will receive an email from Zhiyun-tech informing they have won the prize. At the same time, the four judges will also announce the winners in the video on their channel at the end of each round of contest.

I didn’t see the email/it went to the spam folder. What do I do?

In the situations when a contest/giveaway winner doesn’t reply to our message within seven days, we reserve the right to conduct a second evaluation/draw and select a different winner. In this case, the original winner loses all claims to the prize.

Can I get cash, a different prize, or a gift card instead of the prize?

If we are not able to ship the prize to your country of residence, you will be compensated with an online gift card of equal MSRP value to the prize. In all other situations, winners are only entitled to the original prize and cannot exchange it for cash, a gift card, or a different prize.

How long does it take to receive my prize?

We try our best to ship prizes in a timely fashion. Prizes typically take 4-6 weeks to reach winners, but it can take longer in some cases. When the prize is not yet on sale, please allow for the device to become available for purchase. You will be notified when the prize has been shipped to you. Shipping times may be influenced by factors like your country of residence, available shipping services, and customs, duties, and other regulations. We cannot control these factors and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them.

There’s a problem with the prize. Can you do anything?

We cannot help you with anything that happens to the prize after we ship it off. We are not responsible for lost parcels, damage incurred during shipment, shipments that are stuck in customs, or any other issues with the prize. We do our best to ensure that the prize is sent to you in working order, but we are not liable in any way if the prize malfunctions, stops working, or suffers from any other problem. We are not responsible for the warranty of your prize.

Do I need to pay anything to get the prize?

We only cover the shipment costs for your prize. Depending on your country of residence, you may need to pay tariffs, duties, or other taxes in order to receive your prize. It’s entirely your responsibility to fully comply with your country’s laws and regulations.

Why have I not won yet?

Our contest/sweepstakes are very popular, drawing in tens of thousands of participants. It’s possible to enter every giveaway and never win. We understand that can be frustrating, and our only advice is to keep trying.

I won a giveaway and I want to say thanks. What can I do?

One way you can say thanks is to announce you won on social media and tag our official Facebook or Twitter accounts. Please also consider sharing a picture of yourself with your prize.
